This survey was developed for the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families to better understand job satisfaction and its correlates in the public child welfare workforce. Several measures were adapted from tools created by the National Child Welfare Workforce Institute (NCWWI) (https://ncwwi.org).  Papers developed with these survey data will be added to this resource page as they are published.
